About NumFall

NumFall is an original number puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, made by an independent developer, Ram C. This website and its blog are run by the same person.

What the game is

You pick a number from the tray and tap a column. The number falls to the lowest empty cell. Every row, column and box must hold each number once, and because numbers fall, the order you drop them in is the puzzle.

There are three boards, all open from the start: Quick 4×4 (30 levels), Classic 6×6 (100 levels) and Master 9×9 (100 levels). Every level is timed and can be solved by logic alone, with no guessing. A Daily Drop gives every player the same puzzle each day.

NumFall runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Mac with Apple silicon. It is not on Android.

How it is built

  • No ads and no purchases. Sparks, used for hints, undos and skips, are earned by playing and are never sold.
  • No accounts. Your name and progress stay on your device and in your own iCloud. Optional, anonymous ad measurement stays off unless you accept it. The Privacy Policy has the details.
  • Built for everyone. The game supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion.

The blog

The blog covers number and logic puzzles: how the rules work, solving techniques, and puzzle habits. It is general information, not medical advice. When an article mentions NumFall, it says so, because the game is ours.
