The short version: Numfall does not collect your data. What the game needs to remember stays on your device and in your own iCloud. We have no server that receives it, and we cannot see it.
Numfall is published by Ram C (“we”). Contact: support@numfall.store.
| What | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| The name you type on the welcome screen | To greet you and show your sessions | On your device, and in your iCloud |
| Your progress: stars per level, skipped levels, Sparks, chests opened | So you can continue where you stopped | On your device, and in your iCloud |
| Your session history: level, result, time used and date of each attempt (newest 300) | So you can look back at how you played | On your device, and in your iCloud |
| Settings (sound, haptics, the board you last chose) and a random device identifier | To remember your choices and to merge progress between your own devices without losing Sparks | On your device. The identifier is also in your iCloud copy. |
We do not ask for or store your age, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information.
If iCloud is turned on for the app, the data above is saved to your own iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, so it syncs between your iPhone and iPad. That copy belongs to your Apple ID and is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. It is not accessible to us. You can turn it off in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
If you choose to share app analytics or crash reports with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, crash counts). They do not identify you.
The Share button creates a short text such as “Classic · Level 12 ★★★” and opens the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose an app and send it yourself.
The Privacy Policy, Terms and Help links in Settings open this website in your browser. Visiting it is subject to this site’s hosting provider’s logs, which we do not use to identify visitors.
The web version saves your name and progress in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Numfall is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app does not send any information to us. If you are under 13 (or the age required where you live), please ask a parent or guardian before typing your name in the app, and use a first name or nickname instead.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR or the California CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal data. Because we do not hold your data, you exercise these yourself with the controls above. If you have a question, email support@numfall.store.
If we ever change what the app stores or add anything that sends data off your device, we will update this page and the App Privacy details in the App Store before the change ships, and the effective date above will change.
