These terms are between you and Ram C (“we”) for the Numfall app and web preview. By using Numfall you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple’s agreement conflict, Apple’s agreement applies to the app. Apple is not responsible for the app, its support or any claims about it.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Numfall on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Sparks are an in-game point score that you earn by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game. Your progress is stored on your device and in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot restore progress that is deleted from your device and iCloud, so please keep iCloud on if you want a backup.
We may update the app, change or add levels and balance (for example time limits or Spark rewards), or stop supporting it. If we add paid features in a future version, they will be sold only through Apple’s In-App Purchase with clear prices, and these terms will be updated first.
We work hard to make Numfall reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or in-game points. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero for the free version.
The app, its design, levels, artwork and code belong to Ram C or its licensors. General puzzle rules are not owned by anyone; our particular game, its levels and its content are.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
